- Shipments are made through USPS (United States Postal Service) , recognized for its reliability.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, package size and destination address, and will be automatically added to the order total before completing the purchase.
- We offer standard shipping options and in some cases expedited shipping depending on your needs.
3. Delivery Times
- Puerto Rico: 1 to 3 business days.
- United States: 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
- You can use this number on the USPS website to monitor the status and location of your package in real time.
5. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
- JM Cellular Tech is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If the package is returned due to incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Important Note
- JM Cellular Tech is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or additional customs fees applied in some destinations.
- In the event of receiving a product that does not meet the agreed conditions (such as defects or errors in shipping), the conditions described in our Returns and Exchanges Policy apply:
- Correctly shipped merchandise is not eligible for refund.
- The term for returns is three (3) days from the date of purchase; a store credit will be granted for the total amount paid, with a period of seven (7) days to use it.
- For exchanges or credits, the customer must present a legible receipt and the item in perfect condition, with its original packaging.
- Electrical items and repair parts cannot be exchanged or returned; in the case of warranty, specific terms will be followed.
- For health and hygiene reasons, hearing aids cannot be exchanged or returned.
