Refund Policy

At JM Cellular Tech, we are committed to providing high quality products and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of our products and in order to ensure fairness and satisfaction for all of our customers, we apply the following conditions in our refund and return policy:

General Conditions

  1. Final sales:
    All merchandise that has been properly dispatched is considered final sale. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

  2. Pre-payment review:
    We recommend our customers to check the products in detail before completing the purchase, including brand, model, technical specifications and accessories.

  3. Exclusions:

    • Electrical items and repair parts: No exchange or return. For parts warranty, applicable terms and conditions must be followed.
    • Hearing aids: For health and hygiene reasons, these cannot be exchanged or returned.

Applicable Exceptions

We will accept requests for exchange, credit or refund only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received does not match the one ordered.
  • The product has manufacturing defects within the applicable warranty period.
  • The shipment did not arrive in the agreed conditions.

Terms for Exchanges or Credits

  1. Application deadline:
    The customer has three (3) days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or store credit.

  2. Conditions for change or credit:

    • A legible purchase receipt is required.
    • The product and its packaging must be in excellent condition, without damage.
    • The credit granted in store will be equivalent to the total amount paid and may be used within a period of seven (7) days.

Procedure for Exceptions and Guarantees

  1. Contact us within the first five (5) business days after receiving the product.
  2. Please provide the order number, description of the problem and evidence (photos or videos).
  3. Our team will evaluate the case and notify you of the appropriate solution.

Approved Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed in the same payment method used for the purchase and may take between 7 and 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
