6. Returns and Exchanges Policy

  1. Merchandise correctly dispatched:
    All correctly shipped merchandise is considered final sale and is not refundable.

  2. Returns period:
    The term for returns is three (3) days from the date of purchase. A store credit will be granted for the total amount paid, which must be used within a period of seven (7) days.

  3. Requirements for changes or credits:

    • The customer must present a legible purchase receipt.
    • The item and its packaging must be in excellent condition, without damage.
    • Exchanges or credits will not be accepted for damaged merchandise.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Electrical items and repair parts: No exchange or return. For warranty claims, applicable terms and conditions must be followed.
    • Hearing aids: For health and hygiene reasons, these cannot be exchanged or returned.

7. Use of the Site
