Terms and Conditions

1. Accessories are NOT eligible for exchange or return, except for items that are incorrectly dispatched by our staff. Any exception authorized by management will be a store credit. Accessories are NOT eligible for warranty (including cables, chargers, headphones and memory cards) with the exception of speakers, external batteries and other electronic equipment, which have a 7-day warranty for factory defects. They must NOT have any physical damage (cracks, breakage, liquid damage or moisture). The staff will inspect them to determine if they are covered by warranty. All accessories or electronic equipment will be tested in front of the customer before sale to ensure their good condition. 2. All sales with shipment by mail (Usps Services) have a cost calculated by weight and size, it is automatically calculated by the system, if the client requests a guarantee (according to paragraph 1) of the electrical equipment, the client will be responsible for the shipping cost (round trip) by accepting these terms and conditions, the client accepts that the change for guarantee is subject to inspection by our staff to determine if it is eligible for change. 3. NO money is returned from prepaid recharges, if you have any situation you must contact your service provider for your claim. 4. Sale of cell phones - All new equipment will have a 15-day warranty from the date of sale, the included accessories do NOT have a Guarantee if applicable (charger, cable and headphones) JM Cellular Tech will only be responsible for warranties of equipment that have factory defects following the terms ( It must NOT have any physical damage (such as cracks, breakage, liquid damage or moisture) and be within this time period. Software failures or problems are NOT covered by the Warranty, this includes failures due to updates and/or modifications of the original software or downloads of applications other than those originally pre-installed on the equipment from the factory.
